Our recent school tour was an unforgettable adventure filled with learning, exploration, and fun! The day began at Lurgybrack Farm, where the children enjoyed a guided tour of both the indoor and outdoor areas. They had the chance to meet and learn about a variety of animals, including birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, chipmunks, pigs, boars, and even a friendly llama. After the tour, the children had a fantastic time in the outdoor adventure area, where they raced down ziplines, slid down giant slides, and climbed on exciting frames. The next stop was Tropical World, where the children were amazed by free-flying tropical butterflies and colourful exotic birds like lorikeets and turacos. They also got to see lemurs, miniature monkeys, raccoons, meerkats, and more. Jurassic Land and Bug World were particular favourites, sparking curiosity about dinosaurs and fascinating insects. The day was topped off with a tasty meal delivered from McDonald's and plenty of fun in the indoor play area, making it a truly memorable experience for everyone.
